PROCESS: We use high quality acrylic material that is Laser cut and features polished edges, ensuring longevity and durability. Then your design is printed with UV technology, guaranteeing vibrant colors that won't fade over time. YOU CAN SEND YOUR OWN Headshot/Photo and I will cut you out and add to design. (please make sure image is HIGH QUALITY for best results.

ENGRAVING DESIGNS:

Choose from pre-made design layouts or send your own high resolution design! When you place your order specify what you would like in the notes during checkout. If you have your own photo/logo, feel free to send a high quality PDF, AI, or EPS file type (vector artwork) over and we can add it to the design! Any images sent must have a white/transparent background with black for the text/logo/design. *Please note, additional design fee may apply if we have to edit your design. Buyer will be notified if additional fee is required.

Step 2: Submit your custom text with your order! Include COLORS. (Default is Black)

SHIPPING:

Normal production time 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Holiday production time (November to January) is 5-7 days BUSINESS DAYS, PST Pacific Standard Time- (excludes weekends and holidays), upon approval of your Proof. If you have a specific IN HANDS DATE, please let us know. There may be extra RUSH or EXTRA Overnight Shipping Fees incurred. We make every effort to meet your deadlines within normal production time.

Domestic USA Shipping: Standard shipping (2-5 business days). I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. I have no control over order delivery time once the item(s) have shipped.

Changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of order. Since this is a custom item no returns are accepted.

• Acrylic is durable but easily scratched - we recommend gently cleaning with a soft microfiber cloth (never use abrasive cleaners!)
