*DIGITAL PROOF/MOCKUPS: Upon request or as necessary, We'll send you a digital proof of design to approve (or make edits to). Please note that 2 revisions are included, $5 fee may apply to additional edits.

Normal production time is 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. Holiday production time (November to January) is 3-5 days BUSINESS DAYS, PST Pacific Standard Time- (excludes weekends and holidays), upon approval of your Proof (if requested). If you have a specific IN HANDS DATE, please let us know. There may be extra RUSH or EXTRA Overnight Shipping Fees incurred. We make every effort to meet your deadlines within normal production time.

Domestic USA Shipping: Standard shipping (2-5 business days). I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. I have no control once the item(s) have shipped.

Changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of order. Since this is a custom item no returns are accepted.

Engraving size may vary per item. Tumbler colors, font styles and designs may appear slightly different in person and when engraved.
