These personalized pilsners are laser engraved which is permanent. This is not a vinyl decal and it will not peel off. Item is laser engraved which means the text/design will be in silver (excluding silver which will be black engraving).

Each pilsner includes 1 clear lid and you can upgrade to a slider lid for a small cost. These cups are double insulated which will keep beverages HOT or COLD. Highly recommended to hand wash only.

Choose from the fonts and designs or send your high resolution logo! When you place your order specify what you would like in the notes during checkout.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select Color Pilsner
2. Select Font/Design Option
3. Personalize: If you have something specific in mind send me the design and I will do my best to create something similar. If you would like a proof please request one in the notes during checkout (2 changes/proofs per design). If you have more changes, an extra $5 fee applies per each additional proof.*
4. Upgrade your lid to a "slider" lid to keep your beverages from spilling.

*PROOF/MOCKUPS: We'll send you a proof to approve (or make edits to). Please note that 2 revisions are included, $5 fee may apply to additional edits.
**IF WE DON'T HEAR BACK FROM YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS YOUR DESIGN WILL BE APPROVED AND ENGRAVED AS IS**

Normal production time is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Holiday production time (November to January) is 5-7 days BUSINESS DAYS, PST Pacific Standard Time- (excludes weekends and holidays), upon approval of your Proof. If you have a specific IN HANDS DATE, please let us know. There may be extra RUSH or EXTRA Overnight Shipping Fees incurred. We make every effort to meet your deadlines within normal production time.

Domestic USA Shipping: Standard shipping (2-5 business days). I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. I have no control over order delivery time once the item(s) have shipped.

Changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of order. Since this is a custom item no returns are accepted.

Engraving size may vary per item. Tumbler colors, font styles and designs may appear slightly different in person and when engraved.
